My kids wanted to watch the same show in their own rooms so this helped me to give them what they wanted . I also do the opposite where when kids watch in their own room i could see it in my living room 👍. I use it for parenting control.

I am not very tech savvy, and I was able to setup and use this device with ease. As you can see in the pic, I was easily able to clone the video I was watching on my iPhone to my LG TV. Setup is very straight forward. You simply plug the HDMI plug on the device into the input of the remote display and then use the USB A to USB C cable to power the device from an open USB port on the display or TV it's plugged into. The cable is quite short, but in my application the two ports were very close. Connection was very simple. Once plugged into the remote monitor, the devices name is shown on the remote display. I simply clicked the screen mirroring button on my iPhone, which prompts you to enter a pin that is displayed on the remote monitor. Once you enter the pin setup is complete and the phone is mirrored on the TV. My biggest complaint about the product is with the instructions. They are well written and easy enough to follow, but the font is so small I had to use a magnifying glass to be able to read them, and my vision is quite good. I am unsure if I just got unlucky, but the delivery date of the product was pushed out multiple times, and it arrived almost 2 months to the day after I placed the order. Overall, it seems to be a good product that does everything it advertises.

I received this wireless HDMI transmitter a few days ago, and it works like magic. The setup was a little complicated at first but after it was super simple, and the connection is stable with clear image and sound. Great product for streaming or presentations — definitely worth it!

This is a very handy item to have; it wirelessly transmits HDMI connections. So no more cords tangling down. Very impressed with the concept.

Hokone Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver, 4K Decode 1080P Output, Video Audio Streaming AdapterSo the directions are printed on a fold out so small that you will need to use your phones zoom to read it. No kidding. Once you get there and figure out step 1, I was initally under the impression that I would have a USB device that would hook into my laptop sending a signal to my TV. Nope, not this one, this one you plus into the HDMI of your TV and then it comes with a short cable USB-C to USB-A, one connect to the device and hopefully you have a USB connection built into your TV which I did. For $40 you would think it would be 4k but that is another story.So, I have included inmages showing what comes up on the TV, you need to knowledge the device of whatever you have (mine is a computer, so it is recognizing my PC graphics card). Now the one thing I will hint at ADVICE.....**** It gives you options cable box, receiver, etc, how do you receive your viewing. I only watch APPS via the internet. YouTube, Parramount, Amazon, Hulu, etc. These are called OTT, so when you get to that option and if you only use the internet for watching TV, even if you have a modem... choose that ***** But, if you have an actual Cable Box like old school still, that is available too.Next, I gave it a 2 because it worked with my 65" OLED and my Galaxy Fold, after trying to get it to work with my Laptop (high end) I tried Duplicate (I got nothing but a black screen), I then tried Extend (Nothing but a black screen), then I tried (Second Screen Only, not only did it go black but I tried to reset the device and it will not allow me to choose another setting now so I no longer have any choices for my laptop) and my laptop is the only reason I got it.I will use it for my phone, but I wanted it for traveling and gaming. Just a get by. Hugely disappointed.** Yes, I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. Trying other HDMI slots and pushing the button 10 sec or more, but it will not go back to to it's original settings nor will it work with my laptop.

There are several points of concern with this product.a) It took 58 days to receive the order for this device, after many promised and then delayed delivery dates.b) The "User Manual" is barely helpful-- actually barely intelligible and with incorrect references, at least for Samsung Android.c) In the first instruction the unit requires you to "connect the Type-C interface of the receiver to the power adapter." It does not clarify that you must provide your own power adapter or give power specs for it.d) The product seems expensive for the sole application of wireless mirroring. Wireless mirroring by WiFi is offered by a number of less expensive and more versatile products.

This is the first time I've tried wireless HDMI. I love it; it's very easy to use. Just plug and play. I have an old TV, and the wireless HDMI makes it like a smart TV.
