Does what I needed it for but it’s cheap and probably should cost less. The head flips around so that’s pretty nice. I may buy a nicer one in the future.

I got this to accurately measure performance of recessed light fixtures around my house. Interesting but I found that two LED pancake light fixtures from different manufacturers have visible differences in light intensity levels even though they are rated for the same wattage and have absolutely the same color temperature. I want to measure and swap those fixtures to have uniform intensity in each room. This meter measures anything from 0 to 200K lumens with 0.5 sample per second rate. It also measures ambient temperature to auto calibrate sensitivity to the lower portion of color temperature spectrum. The sensor turns 180 degrees and it’s convenient to measure ceiling mounted light fixtures. It has min/max/hold modes and can display light intensity in Lumens or Foot-Candles and also ambient temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius scale. The display provides decent 4 digit resolution with a range multiplier on top.

I like it, it works well, and seems consistent. Can't say if it's accurate, but seems close.Only thing I wish it had was a flat bottom so it can stand up on its own without leaning one side or other. It's flat enough where it can stand up, but it's rounded, so it wobbles around giving inconsistent readings it you touch it.It goes to sleep after a couple min, requiring to power it back on, which means you have to move it, which then can screw with your current bench reading.
