Can's say enough good things about this flash. I use it with a OM-D EM-1 III with an AK diffuser for macro photography. Battery life is fantastic. Refresh is super fast and keeps up with focus stacking repetitive shots with no issues.

I'm a pro photography and I needed a hot shoe flash for my Sony A7Riv. This little flash is not very powerful, but I use it outdoors on full power and keep my Sony in Manual mode. I shot an event in bright sunshine at F9, shutter 1/125 and ISO 100. All I needed was something to counter the shadows on people's faces and it worked fine. It is cheaper than the Sony flashes and I think it works better. If you need a lot of power (more than 76 guide number, you better look elsewhere. But for the money, this thing is great.

I am quite happy with the flash, though I am still looking for a way to make it remote as well.Big challenge is using the camera in portrait shooting style when flash is on, as it difficult to bounce the flash of the ceiling that way (which makes sense)

Excellent, and even the warranty works. I have owned two of these for three years, and as an electronics engineer, I spotted a failure IN ONE OF THEM after six months of use. I appealed to Godox for replacement, and though I had to go through the tiny reseller who seemed to operate out of a shack in Pennsylvania somewhere, I got my replacement for free. I test my speed lights under harsh lighting conditions, and the exposure calculator is reliable and believable. No need to whip out formulas and a slide rule or calculator. The actual flash varies sometimes (only occasional aberration), so multiple snapshots are recommended. Overall, I'm delighted to be an owner of the Godox ecosystem for my Sony camera investment.

Bought to replace a TT350F

I had originally purchased a GODOX TT350F for my XT5 but found it a little underpowered for my needs. Enter the GODOX V860III-F! boy what a world of difference. Both were of good build quality but this feels a bit more premium, and love all the little extras. Comes with a protective case of good quality for storage. Performance (although I've only used it for one day, all day though) has been just what I was after. I do Macro photography and the battery on my previous flash was not great, this is superb. Would defo buy this model again. Seller sent the item nice and fast too.

This flash is definitely expensive but turned out to be an amazing all-around work-horse flash. I am team sony and it was important I upgrade and get a flash that can read the settings on my camera.This flash does. It is made of plastic and feels a bit cheap but what's inside it makes the flash worth it. I love the fact it has a battery and can act as a transmitter and receiver.Also, I am a magmod user and bought a few diffusers from that company to put on top of the flash. The flash becomes loose under the weight of the diffuser. Be aware of that (see pics attached).Overall, this is an amazing flash and is a match for it's price. I am really happy I upgraded and already put it through intensive tests which the flash passed with flying colors.
