It does not catch some movement even if it’s literally 5 ft out & about 20ft out it looks like a blur walking by. Not the best security camera thanks to my ring I can still catch movement. The sound is very static and makes a ticking noise. Connects to WiFi better than my ring though. My only major con is it does not catch some close movement. Super blurry at night only on far objects.******Update******Customer service has been reaching out and giving me advice on how to switch to human detection. Also a full refund for the inconvenience. I’m changing my star to 3 to 4 because of the attentiveness and eagerness to make things right. Overall though I like these cameras.

I recently purchased the VIMTAG 2025 G4 2.5K Security Camera to keep an eye on my front yard, and it’s exceeded my expectations. This very affordable camera delivers crisp, clear footage day and night, with impressive color night vision that captures details even in low light. I was able to make out a delivery person’s face clearly at 15 feet away, which gives me peace of mind. The two-way microphone/speaker is super responsive and clear.Setup was a breeze—took less than 5 minutes using the Vimtag app, which is intuitive and lets me customize motion zones to avoid false alerts from passing cars and animals. It is super easy to mount and adjust anywhere you need it. It also has a very long USB-C power cable which makes life much easier. I also love that it supports local storage on a microSD card, so I don’t need a subscription; though the cloud option is very affordable.Another great thing about this camera is that it has an experimental ONVIF mode that works flawlessly for me. This allows the camera to be monitored with other brands of desktop software in case you need it. Very convenient!Their tech support is incredibly fast, professional, and overall satisfactory. I have gotten super fast email responses to any questions I had for them.Overall, this camera offers premium features at a budget-friendly price. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile, reliable security solution for their home or business. 5/5 stars and definitely WILL buy more of these!

This was my second set I bought. These are easy to set up. Clear and a very easy app for anyone to work with abd understand. Price point is ridiculously good

I really liked it, it fulfills its purpose perfectly. I just need it for when the babysitter is watching my kids. It was very easy and simple to set up and connect to the Wi-Fi. Honestly, it was pretty intuitive.

It's only been a few days but my expectations have far been exceeded. When it comes to setting up anything, especially electronics I am clueless and get frustrated. Set up was so easy. I had a few moments of frustration but once I calmed down, it was so simple. O ended up buying two. The app is easy to use. I use a micro SD card instead of the cloud but you can choose for yourself.For this price point I was expecting poor quality but I love these cameras and wouldn't exchange them for the expensive ones at all. These are high quality, the customer service is actively helpful and just all around a good solid company. Very rare these days. I have two, I plan on buying two more. Trust me you won't regret it. And again, I am a level 1 out of 10 when it comes to assembling, putting together and setting up things and I did it twice. Great product. Don't miss out folks.

Several years ago, I initially bought an earlier version of these security cameras. I bought both indoor and outdoor versions, a total of 5. They performed well. More recently, I decided to upgrade to these cameras which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are better quality, providing a sharper image and a wider angle. After about a year's use, one of the outdoor cameras failed (lost its ability to maintain wifi connectivity). Based of my overall satisfaction with these cameras I did not hesitate to replace the failed one with another. Its affordable price made this an easy decision.
