The media could not be loaded. This is overall a very good case. It's sturdy and well-built and I trust that it's going to keep my phone safe. It fits well on the phone and is easy to get in and out of my pocket. It has protection around the camera lenses so that they are going to stay safe. The photo button on the side is easy to access and use. There are just two minor complaints I have: the sense protection is a plastic bump out from the case, rather than just the lenses being recessed into it, as in other cases I've had for other models. I suspect that they could not do that with this version because the lenses come out too far from the phone, but that bump out is inelegant and makes me feel like the lenses are slightly less well-protected than in the past. It does work; the lenses don't touch surfaces when setting the phone down but it remains to be seen how well that plastic border will hold up. Also, the back has plastic where there was rubber in previous versions so that there's slightly less friction to grip with than before. It's not enough of a difference to cause any problems but it doesn't feel quite as "sticky" when holding it. These two things are why I took off one star, but it's still a good case and I don't know if any case will be able to recess the lenses like before due to their form factor.

10/10. My husband is in construction and this case has saved his phone multiple times. He recently dropped a protein shaker cup and his phone from 20ft in the air on a job site. Protein cup shattered and his phone was safe. He also likes it because it isn’t as bulky as other cases out there.

I really like OtterBox cases this is the fourth one that I have purchased. The other thing I like about them there’s a lifetime warranty because I’ve had to replace my case on my iPhone XR after three years of use.. got a replacement free of charge with no hassle.

Commuter cases really protect my phone against drops but the camera button cutout is a bit of a weird choice? Still find it odd that they couldn’t do a ledge over it as it is hard to hold the phone now.
