I still need more practice with this thing. I don't use it frequently so every time I know I will need it I have to retrain myself on how to use it. When it works it does a great job and I like the features! I will not dock any stars as I believe if I used every week or day I would be a pro at it!

I just bought the stabilizer, the truth is that it has a very good presentation, it comes in its box, the case it comes in is also very nice, a good material, it looks like it is very comfortable, the materials of the stabilizers are a very soft plastic, it feels very good in the hand, the truth is they do not feel like they are made of a bad or cheap material, it feels very thin, I liked all its materials, I still have it to get a lot of use out of it, but if there is something that I did not like is that you can only record vertically, I would like to be able to record horizontally since all the platforms for phones are horizontal, vertical is not used much anymore and if you record vertically you will lose part of the screen

The media could not be loaded. Firstly, this Gimbal is amazing, but I have a few minor moans, these being:• When I used the QR code it opened a page in what I presume was Chinese, so I had to go to the Play store search for it and then download the app.• Secondly it tells you to loosen the cradle screws so that you can slide it, to balance the phone, but these are star shaped screw heads and no screwdriver was supplied. Luckly, I had a suitable head, but this isn’t common, so I suggest either change them to a Philips head or include a small screwdriver.• When using the panorama mode (where it takes a number of pictures and joins them together), this only works in Landscape mode. I like the feature and it works well, but you get a very narrow panorama, if it used portrait, you could capture more.In many ways there are two parts to this phone gimbal, the device and the app. I was impressed at how well they integrated, for example you can select on your phone object/face tracking. Now the only camera is on your phone, so the phone app needs to do that tracking and feed back the movement to the gimbal which then rotates left/right/up/down to keep the selection in view. It works flawlessly. Also, tasks such as focussing, zooming and taking pictures are available directly via the gimbal controls.The gimbal is a reliable and user-friendly stabiliser. It provides smooth stabilisation, making handheld shooting remarkably steady, even during movement. The ergonomic grip enhance comfort during prolonged use. The gimbal's intelligent tracking and gesture control features are particularly impressive, allowing for creative shots without needing constant manual adjustments. The gimbal is quite heavy, weighing 629g without the phone/tripod/additional light, so users might find it tiring to hand hold for long times. However, it comes with a small tripod and has a standard tripod screw mount at the base, so can easily be mounted on a tripod/monopod.Other points to mention are:• It comes in a nice zippable case.• Screen prompts appear to aid the user.• How to videos are available from the app.• Although this gimbal is for smart phones, there are other versions available for action cameras, GoPro etc• I like the telescopic pole, this is useful for getting some of those hard-to-reach shots, like close to the ground.• My phone was running Android 11, the phone measured 16cm by 7.5cm, I had no problem with the app or the size, but a larger phone may have more limited movement as may hit cradle sides.• An obvious point, but the quality of the photos and video taken will depend on the quality of your phone’s camera. So, for the best image quality you might need to upgrade your mobile phone.

It is a professional equipment that pushes photography to a new limit. Everything about this stabilizer is well designed, nicely constructed and sturdy. It is charged via a USC-C cable (provided)Let me start with my negative experience first. I literally spent hours if not a day figuring out how to use this equipment. There are lots of features which unfortunately are not well explained in the instructions booklet. I finally got it, trial and error, but mostly through online videos.I have to remove the fat case of my IPhone XR for it to fit well in the clamp.The spring in the clamp is so strong that I have to have someone helping me placing the phone in the clamp while I hold it open with two hands.Now the good things.First of all, there is an app to download which was fast and easy. I like the app because apart from being user friendly and gives me access to additional features, it does not require my personal information.It comes in a nice case with moulded interior for transporting the stabilizer in a secure manner.There is a small 3-intensity light attachment, with 7 RBG colours, that is clipped magnetically to add brightness and depth to my photos and videos. It is charged via a USC-C cable.The best feature for me is the smart AI tracking which has face, body or object tracking. The stabilizer can act as a tripod and it will rotate depending on the tracking feature I have selected. This would be a most interesting feature for YouTubers, someone to demo products or cooking lessons.On the stabilizer, there are control buttons like zoom and focus that i can use without going to my camera to adjust. This allows me to keep focus on taking pictures and videos without taking my eyes off the person or object. I like how these functionalities work seamlessly with the app.Despite my difficult initial session, I give this product a high score.
