I've had 3 different people try to get it to work but won't seam to lock on to anything.

I'm still figuring it out.Not a fan of the clip that holds the phone. I do not have a terribly thick case on my phone, however, my phone seems to barely fit in the clip and I'm a wee bit terrified that my phone is going to slip out of the clips.

It makes a clicking noise when it moves and the phone picks up the noise. Works better when using a microphone further away.

This is a very good stabilizer. The videos are smooth and of excellent quality. It's easy to use, has good battery life, and the integrated tripod is very practical. The built-in light is a great bonus and significantly improves the lighting when recording.

I have their single axis gimbals and am quite pleased with it. So I decided to get their 3axis one. It's simple to use, great for beginners. The video series about setup and use are excellent. I'm glad I took the plunge on this gimbal. Plus the light accesory I have for my single axis is interchangeable with this one! I absolutely love the scroll wheel that can alternate between zoom and focus, that's a great feature. I am totally pleased with this gimbal all at a great price point.
