They are not a lot of medallions out there for men that aren't gotti. I found this for my son's birthday present to go along with his small gold chain that I also purchased. It looks great and is a good quality. And a good thing about it is that it is not huge but makes a statement.

I wanted to purchase an Italian horn while I was in Italy a few months ago, but had a hard time finding one. The one I did find was more expensive than I wanted to pay. When I got home I looked on Amazon and found the exact one I wanted at a good price! It is Italian gold and made in Italy. I love it! It is beautifully packaged as well.
